Spicy Shrimp Sushi Bowl

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook the rice per package instructions.

  2. Toss shrimp in salt, pepper and garlic chili sauce.

  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil. Cook shrimp for 3-5 minutes or until firm and cooked through.

  4. Assemble bowls starting with rice and adding toppings however you’d like.

  5. Finish with sesame seeds, soy sauce and your favorite spicy mayo. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS 

1-2 c. sushi rice, cooked

5-6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 Tbsp garlic chili sauce

2 tsp avocado oil

¾ c. mango, dried

½ c. shredded carrots

½ c. cilantro, chopped

½ avocado

Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish: sesame seeds, soy sauce, spicy mayo
